Jan. 11-13 Women’s Alpine Adventures – Three-Day Program
This program gives women a chance to ski together, ride together, and share the experience of learning and relaxing at Okemo.  Reservations are necessary.  For more information call (802) 228-1600.

Jan. 16 VT/NH Wonderful $39 Wednesdays!
Vermont and New Hampshire residents can ski/ride the entire day for just $39 (half-day from 12:30 to 4 p.m. for just $25).
Proof of residency in the form of a valid VT/NH driver's license, hunting/fishing license, or voter registration card must be presented at the time of purchase.
Jan. 19 Fireworks Display
Prior to the spectacular fireworks show at 7:30 p.m., visitors can enjoy a winter warmer in the Sitting Bull Restaurant & Bar, located in the Okemo Clock Tower base area.

Jan. 19 Vermont Pure Spring Water Snowshoe Tour
Sponsored by Vermont Pure Spring Water, this tour departs the Clock Tower base area at 7 p.m. and heads up the Bull Run trail for a bird’s-eye view of the fireworks show.

Jan. 20 Vermont Institute of Natural Science Free Presentation for Families
This presentation features an assortment of live animals for an informative and entertaining evening event for families. The program is free and open to the public. 7:30 p.m. in the Roundhouse at Jackson Gore.

Jan. 21 Ride with Ross Powers Day
Meet up with Olympic gold medalist and snowboard legend Ross Powers at the SoBe Superpipe for some freeriding with Ross that could lead anywhere on the mountain.

Jan. 19-25 National Safety Week
Sponsored by the National Ski Areas Association, fun and educational activities focus on safety and awareness on the slopes with children’s clinics, safety messages and helmet demos.

Jan. 26 Okemo’s Gala Ski Ball
This invitational black-tie event benefits the Okemo Community Challenge, which provides educational grants and charitable endeavors to local schools.

Jan. 27 Okemo Powers Series Halfpipe Comp and Lindsey Baron Memorial
Okemo Snowboard Ambassador Ross Powers hosts the second event of three events for skiers and riders of all ages. A $2,000 purse goes to the series winners. The proceeds from the competition will be donated to the Lindsey Baron “BUBBA”
Foundation, which raises money for scholarships and programs that promote "Acts of Kindness." Competition starts at 11 a.m.

Feb. 2 Ride with Ross Powers Day
Meet up with Olympic gold medalist and snowboard legend Ross Powers at the SoBe Superpipe for some freeriding with Ross that could lead anywhere on the mountain.

Feb. 2 Okemo Valley Winter Carnival
Visitors can join the Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce in the village of Ludlow with loads of fun all day and night: snow sculptures, parade, snowman decorating contest, bonfire and fireworks! Feb. 14 Valentine’s Day Celebration
Find the Liftie with a Heart Contest and Heart Scavenger Hunt.
When kids find the lift attendant wearing a Valentine heart, they must get his name and report it to the Learning Center Desk
for a special prize. Ten hearts are hidden somewhere on Okemo Mountain. When kids find one and bring it back to the
Learning Center Desk, they win a special prize bag filled with goodies!  Confections provided by M&M Mars. Couples can
celebrate romance with cozy dinner at Coleman Brook Tavern or Willie Dunn’s Grille.

Feb. 17 Torchlight Parade & Fireworks Display
Spectacular pyrotechnics show starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Okemo Clock Tower base area, following an amazing torchlight
parade of skiers and riders traversing down the mountain.

Co-sponsored by Vermont Properties & Development, this side-splitting night of professional comedy will have guests
hypnotized with laughter. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m.. Appropriate for ages 21 and over. Advance

A Mardi Gras style party at Okemo’s Roundhouse at Jackson Gore, featuring live entertainment, local samplings of food from

companies.  Ski or ride to the Solitude Lodge and test-drive the latest in equipment for FREE! Requires a credit card imprint
and signed waiver.

March 17 St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Scavenger Hunt and Apres Ski Party
Ten shamrocks are hidden somewhere on Okemo Mountain. When kids find one and bring it back to the Main Base Lodge
Learning Center desk, they win a special prize bag filled with goodies!  Then, a St. Patrick’s Day Party sponsored by
Guinness features musical guests Gypsy Reel from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Sitting Bull Bar & Restaurant.

March 23 Okemo's Annual Easter Egg Hunt
In Okemo’s annual Easter Egg Hunt, the hills are teeming with colored eggs stuffed with prizes, but there’s only one Golden
Egg hidden on an Open Trail at Okemo. The one who finds that, wins a pair of skis or a snowboard.

March 24-26 Ross Powers Snowboard Camp
Groups of five to ten young athletes will be matched with a coach for a fast-paced, three-day camp. Olympic gold medalist
and snowboard legend Ross Powers, and other snowboard professionals, will rotate through the groups to give pointers on
riding rails, pipes and freeriding. Proceeds from the snowboard camp benefits the Ross Powers Foundation, a non-profit
foundation for athletes with financial needs. Ross Powers Snowboard Camps will also be scheduled earlier in the season at
Mount Sunapee Resort, in N.H., and at Crested Butte Mountain Resort, in Colo. For more info, visit rosspowersfoundation.org.
